We begin the production process by carefully selecting good quality wood materials. The selected timber is transported to our factory, where skilled carpenters use large work tables to cut and shape the wood utilising simple and effective joinery techniques to assemble the frame elements according to precise measurements. They work meticulously, following detailed blueprints derived from 3D models created by our experienced designers. This ensures accuracy and consistency in the production of wooden frame elements.
This approach allows us to produce high-quality wooden frame elements that meet industry standards and customer expectations for stability, durability, and structural integrity.
After assembly, the wooden frame elements undergo a meticulous finishing process. Our craftsmen carefully check the surfaces to a smooth finish, removing any imperfections. Depending on the customer's requirements, we can also apply various surface treatments.

In addition to our wooden frame element production, our factory excels in module construction. We have the capability to produce various types of modules using different materials, including wooden frame elements, CLT panels, and EC3 panels. This versatility allows us to cater to the specific needs and preferences of our customers.
Due to 3D planning technology our modules can be fully customised to meet the unique requirements of each project. Whether it's for residential, commercial, or industrial applications, our skilled team works closely with customers to understand their vision and incorporate it into the module design. We offer flexibility in size, layout, and internal configurations to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
Furthermore, we have the capability to provide fully finished modules from the inside. This means that when the modules are delivered to the customer, they are equipped with interior finishes such as flooring, walls, ceilings, electrical installations, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This Modular constructing approach allows for faster on-site installation and minimises disruption during the construction process.
We also utilise EC3 panels in our manufacturing processes. These panels are composed of fiber-reinforced Magnesium Oxide (MgO) boards. The combination of fibers and MgO creates a high-strength and fire-resistant material suitable for various construction applications.
Instead of manufacturing EC3 panels in-house, we leverage our partnerships with trusted suppliers to source high-quality EC3 panels. These panels are then incorporated into our construction projects, offering their exceptional strength and eco friendly properties.
At our wooden frame element production factory, we not only specialise in manufacturing high-quality wooden frame elements but also utilise EC3 panels to enhance the structural integrity and fire resistance of our constructions. By partnering with trusted suppliers, we ensure the availability of top-quality EC3 panels that meet the stringent standards of our projects. Through careful integration and attention to detail, we incorporate these panels seamlessly into our construction processes. The result is a superior finished product that combines the durability and aesthetics of wooden frame elements with the strength and fire resistance of EC3 panels.
Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) is another new area of conquering in our factory. CLT is an engineered wood product that consists of layers of lumber boards stacked in alternating directions and bonded with adhesive. It offers strength, stability, and design flexibility.
CLT panels are carefully cut and shaped using modern machinery and tools. Skilled technicians and CNC machines ensure precise cuts and accurate dimensions to meet the specific requirements of each project.
Similar to wooden frame elements, the CLT elements undergo joinery and assembly processes in the factory. Our carpenters utilise traditional joinery techniques and follow detailed blueprints to create strong and durable connections between the CLT panels.
